Who was Stewart, and whats she got to do with Hartwood Days?
Want to help us offer the community a great event?
We could use a little help to make sure that the 10th annual Youth and Community Fair, held on the Hartwood Festival Grounds at 17 and Hartwood Road is a success.

Hartwood Days is being operated as a community fair, not as the venture of a sole sponsoring entity. Several community organizations and Businesses are needed to make this a success. In addition to providing booths (details are available on the Vendor page) we need administrative marketing and logistical assistance to ensure that an event like this can happen.
If your buisness is interested in assisting us in providing this service to the commuity, we can offer you Sponsor status for your donations. Whether monetary or in like kind services, your help is appreciated.
An example of like kind services we've already received: Hartwood Presbyterian Church, creator of the event, is providing the festival grounds, and the use of their Campus to include the Sanctuary and their CEC, as well as some bathroom facilities.
Currently, we need assistance with Marketing and site support. Funds allocated toward the Festival for marketing could go towards Radio Advertisements, direct mailings, newspaper ad/inserts, & Banners and Signs. Site Support funds would go towards Porta-Potties for visitors.

Our address is actually considered Fredericksburg, VA.
EXAMPLES: You may work at a Radio Station that is interested in providing $2000 worth of advertising as a like kind sponsorship/donation, or you may wish to $300 toward direct mailings, or provide the festival with 5 Banners, or 50 Roadsigns, or pay for 4 porta-potties. We'd like to talk with you about your capabilities, but to get things going, we've come up with a basic concept of how your Sponsorship could fit in.
